Seattle continues long-standing cultural festival

Bumbershoot has been a Seattle staple since 1971, and this year’s event is now just a couple of weeks away.

Focusing on cultural activities such as theater, performing arts, and film, this is a popular event that attracts thousands of visitors, and has many live performances already scheduled.

Musical performers are already set for the three days of the festival, and vary in style from rap, to hip-hop, to soul, to pop. Performers include such groups as The Lumineers, Carly Rae Jepsen, Lizzo, and Rezz. There will be multiple other performers and events, including film showings, and musical laser shows.

One of the highlights of the festival is B-Eats, a curated selection of food from some of Seattle’s top restaurants. Many dishes will be available, including BBQ, pizza, and donuts. This area will be situated on a rooftop.

Tickets for this event are currently available. Single-day general admission tickets are $109, and multi-day tickets are available. The two-day ticket is $165, and the three-day is $220. VIP admission starts at $175 for a single day and goes up from there, while Emerald admission starts at $275 per day. Each level gets more benefits, including exclusive entrances and lounges.

This event has been around for many years, and likely takes advantage of Logo Design to keep interest high each year. This year’s event features an aquatic theme and will be held Friday through Sunday, August 30 through September 1.
