What's Happening in Seattle, WA…

Boat show set to return to Seattle

With winter finally settling in, people will begin thinking of warmer weather and many of them will start considering hobbies such as boating. The Seattle Boat Show, which will be happening for almost a week at the end of the next month, should give them plenty to dream about.

There will be both indoor and outdoor displays of the latest boats, watercraft, and yachts. There are set to be boating and fishing seminars on topics like beginning boat owners, diesel engine essentials, Dungeness crabbing, and getting acaptain’s license. Plenty of accessories will be up for sale, including clothing and boating safety products.

The first night of the show will feature Uncorked. This is a wine tasting event that will take place from 5:00 to 8:30 PM. Tickets are $29 each and guests will receive a souvenir wine glass, and six wine tasting tokens. Admission to the show is included.

It is likely that organizers of this event will be investing in display banners and advertising flyers from a Seattle print company.

The Seattle Boat Show will be held at the CenturyLink Field Event Center and Chandler’s Cove South Lake Union. Tickets are $14 for adults and $5 for children between the age of 11 and 17, or a five-day pass is $28. A family pack is $49 for one day for four and includes hot dogs.
