The 35th annual Box and Vessel Show is taking place in Seattle this November and December.
The show is set to feature unique wooden vessel and jewelry box designs created by artists from all over the United States. There will be more than 50 handmade items in this year's show. The artists will be competing with one another to win cash prizes, and the much sought after People's Choice Award will be awarded at a special event in December.
There will be an opening reception held this November, at which it is likely that several of the artists will be on hand to meet the public and to talk about their works.
This show has become a tradition for may Seattle residents to visit during the holiday season. Events like this are usually widely advertised in the area using products provided by local Print companies, such as Flyers and Posters, which are then distributed in a variety of ways.
The Box and Vessel Show is being held at the Northwest Woodworkers Gallery from November 1 until December 31. The gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Admission is free.
