Time comes to showcase business in Kent
The fall Business Expo and Taste of Kent event is taking place in a couple of weeks, presented by the Kent Chamber of Commerce.
More than 90 local businesses will be showcasing their products and services during the show. In addition, 10 or more restaurants will be on hand to provide food samples to all attendees. There will also be company presentations and demonstrations, games, prizes, and giveaways. Each visitor receives a gift bag filled with promotional items and literature.
This event regularly attracts at least 2,000 visitors, offering an opportunity for Kent businesses to make their name known in the community and establish some new connections within their peers. Local print companies may help the exhibitors get more attention by providing signs and banners.
For chamber members the cost is $250 for a 10 x 10 foot booth, but registration is now closed for non-members. Sponsorships are available from $250 up to $3,000; those who sponsor the gift bags are allowed to insert one promotional item in the bag and will have their company details printed on the outside.
