Popular show pads into Kent
An extremely popular television show has been reimagined as a stage show, and now is trotting into Kent.
PAW Patrol Live! is romping into Kent with its “Heroes Unite!” show. The live show is based on the animated “PAW Patrol” television that made its debut on Canadian television in August 2013. Nickelodeon picked it up in the United States the same month. The series has spawned an empire of merchandise, two films, and live action stage shows.
There are three separate adventures performed on stage: the “Heroes Unite!” adventure, “Race to the Rescue,” and “The Great Pirate Adventure.” In the “Heroes Unite!” show in Kent, Mayor Humdinger has kidnapped and cloned Robo Dog, who is the unit’s driver, and the clones are causing havoc. It’s up to the members of PAW Patrol to round up the clones and save Robo Dog. Humdinger is the mayor of Foggy Bottom and has been the series’ main antagonist throughout its run.
PAW Patrol “Heroes Unite!” will be at accesso ShoWare Center on April 10 at 6.00 pm and April 11 at 3.00 pm. The center reminds audiences that guests may bring only one bag into the center, and it must be either clear plastic, PVC, or vinyl, and not larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Small clutch bags (6.5” x 4.5” or smaller) may be carried with one of the clear bags. Organizers of shows like this often use poster printing to create advertising for them.
