Kent residents to reach for their lightsabers
It’s a Pub Crawl Thing will present the Lightsaber Pub Crawl soon.
The event was originally scheduled in October but was postponed, so the organizers are now looking forward to bringing it to the region for communities including Kent to enjoy this spring.
The crawl is hosting a $15,000 costume contest. It is expected that over 45 cities will be joining in to participate in the costume contest. The top 250 contestants will have the advantage of winning cash or prizes.
To sign up for the costume contest, interested participants must do so via phone on the day of the event. The phone number and email for the tickets must be included when registering to receive the tickets. Pictures must be submitted to lightsaber@ItsAPubCrawlThing.com the day of the event.
Super VIP tickets include a shirt, double-bladed lightsaber, wristband, koozie, and cup. VIP tickets include a shirt, lightsaber, and wristband.
Prizes will include cash, gift cards from various venues throughout the cities, trophies, discounts and tickets to future crawls.
Guiding participants along events that involve bar crawls can easily be accomplished by using banners. Banner printing can include directions, details and logos that are pertinent to an event. Local print shops can assist with these types of projects.
