Gala honors top local businesses and individuals
The President's Gala and Business Leadership Awards is taking place next month in nearby Renton, hosted by the Kent Chamber of Commerce.
There will be 10 awards handed out in total, with Educator of the Year, Citizen of the Year, Economic Engine of the Year, Chamber Member of the Year, and Aerospace/Outer Space Company of the Year among those to be recognized. Winners must be Kent Chamber of Commerce members.
The evening will start off with a champagne reception where guests can network with their fellow business leaders and chamber members. It will be followed by a sit-down dinner starting at 7:00 PM. There will also be games, a wine raffle, and silent and live auctions. The auctioneer for the live auction will be Keith Eldridge from KOMO News.
Sponsorships can be purchased from $250 for silent auction supporter, up to $5,000 for presenting sponsor.
This is an important networking event for the Kent Chamber of Commerce members. It is likely that some of those planning to attend will be placing a new business card printing card order with their local print company.
