Chehalis Library hosts magic show

The Timberland Regional Library (Chehalis branch) will be hosting magician Jeff Evans next month.

Evans, a well-known magician who performs hundreds of shows across the Pacific Northwest, will be giving a one-hour magic show for toddlers and young children.

According to the Chehalis library website, Evans first started as a magician from the tender age of 12, when he read a book of coin tricks. That turned into a lifetime of passion for the art of magic, and because he has learned his magic from book, he often returns to libraries to perform.

As noted on his website, Evans has been performing for more than 25 years and remains available to book at public gatherings, birthday parties, and business events. He can tailor his performance to cater to the age of the audience.

While at the event, parents and kids are encouraged to check out the library, which will be open during its normal hours, allowing families to explore books, learn more about upcoming events, and pick up Promotional Products related to the library and its services.

This event begins at 11:00 am on Friday, June 21 in the Large Meeting Room of the Chehalis Library at 400 N. Market Boulevard. It is free to attend, but registration is requested. Additional information, including how to register, can be found on the library website.
