People in Cheahalis will be working on Earth Day to help clean and beautify the community.
Experience Chehalis volunteers, in conjunction with the Lewis County Historical Museum, will be carrying out this work on April 20, starting downtown and working outward.
The event will start at the Lewis County Historical Museum, which is located at 599 NW Front St, Chehalis, WA. There will be many volunteer options that attendees can participate in, including weeding, cleaning benches, picking up litter, and more. Volunteers are more than welcome to come as individuals and be assigned a group, or to work with friends. While the event runs from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, anyone who attends is encouraged to stay for as long or as short as they like.
As part of their way of saying thank you to the volunteers who do attend, volunteers will be given raffle tickets for every bag of litter they return or for completing other Earth Day related tasks. Winners will be awarded prizes like gift cards and other Promotional Products for local businesses. Attendees do not need to be present to win, meaning that individuals who leave early can still collect prizes for their hard work.
Registration is requested by Experience Chehalis, as the organization has said that they will be giving out a t-shirt to anyone who registers by April 14.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products
