Charcuterie and wine pair for memorable night in Chehalis
Food and wine lovers are in for a treat next month, with a charcuterie and wine night on the docket for Chehalis residents.
The Charcuterie and Sip gathering is set to begin welcoming guests who want to learn the art of creating and offering impressive charcuterie boards at gatherings, potlucks, and parties. The workshop aims to provide a welcoming and relaxed environment where attendees can learn new skills while making new friends and connections.
Interested parties are encouraged to bring friends and family members to add to the fun atmosphere of the educational workshop. Guests will receive hands-on instruction with all the steps necessary to prepare impressive charcuterie creations. Brochure printing is an excellent aid for instructors to convey more information while offering students access to tips to continue learning at home.
The instructors will also provide insight into the most effective tips for pairing cheeses and meats to ensure captivating flavors. Wine will be available to students, and there will be time for socialization and making new connections. A charcuterie starter kit is also included in the registration fee, so interested parties can apply the new skills at home.
The course will be held near Sister’s Quilt Shop on Tuesday, November 19, starting at 6:00 PM. Interested parties can make reservations online, and tickets start at $99 per student.
