Dewayne Osgood, the Natural Gas Forman of the city of Tomball, has been recognized as the Employee of the Year for 2024.
Osgood has served the city for 22 years and, according to the city’s website, has demonstrated dedication, leadership, and a commitment to excellence that has had a major impact on the community of Tomball, as well as on his colleagues.
