College in Tomball opens registration for spring semester
Lone Star College (LSC) in Tomball is now holding early registration for its spring semester.
There are many certification programs, degrees, and a wide range of courses being offered in various formats. Prospective students can meet with an advisor from the admissions office. Services are also available to assist students with the entire college experience, including counseling and financial aid, information on student organizations and activities, and planning a degree.
Courses last 8, 12, 14, or 16 weeks and have different start and end dates. There are classes during the day and evening and on weekends, as well as face-to-face and online. Regardless of length and format, all classes have the same number of credit hours and offer the same materials.
The college also offers instruction and training that can lead to an associate of applied science degree or in a workforce certification. Such courses provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to enter the workforce quickly and cover areas such as the veterinary sciences, electrical and petroleum technology, healthcare technology, and nursing.
