The Texas Volunteer Management Conference (TVMC) is set to take place this October in Richardson.
This event is a premier gathering for professionals involved in volunteer management across Texas and beyond. This year’s theme, “Brave New World: Leaning into Challenges,” reflects the ongoing evolution in volunteer activity, urging professionals to embrace adaptability and creativity in the face of new and unforeseen challenges. The conference aims to inspire attendees to transform these challenges into opportunities, fostering a resilient and innovative approach to volunteer management.
The event will be conducted in a hybrid format, welcoming participants from nonprofit organizations, publicly financed agencies, and the private sector. This includes executive directors, program managers, communications and development staff, as well as those involved in neighborhood relations.
Over the two days, attendees will engage in sessions featuring top-tier speakers and trainers. The agenda includes a welcome session, multiple informative sessions, a fireside chat during lunch, and a closing ceremony.
The cost to attend will be $50 for Ameicorp individuals and students and $250 for general admission attendees. Interested individuals can contact the organizers at conference@volnow.org for additional details or inquiries before registration.
Organizers of events such as this one may use brochure printing to provide information to attendees.
The conference is set to take place from October 10 to October 11 at the Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center, 800 W Campbell Rd Richardson, Texas.
