The Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival is an award-winning bonanza of alternative music and art that showcases the cultural talent coming out of North Texas.
Music is the main focus at this event. Guests are invited to check out their favorite artists on a number of stages that are curated for different styles and located all over the festival grounds. Vendors will be set up in the marketplace where shoppers can pick up artisan pieces that would be hard to find anywhere else.
The Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival is so big that it needs an introduction. Several warm-up competitions and events are scheduled to take place in the months and weeks leading up to the big day. Poster printing is popular at big events like these.
Battle of the Bands will be on April 1st. The bands will be made up of high school-age contestants who will vie for the crown and the winner will take home a prize package that includes cash and more. Three bands will be chosen from twelve that take place in the qualifier rounds hosted by Six Springs Tavern located in Richardson. A vocal competition will also be open for all children up to the age of 19.
Festival treats and cold beverages combine to make this a special three days of musical appreciation. Tickets are available now for the 30th edition of Wildflower! The party starts on May 20th and it will be at the Galatyn Urban Park.
