Unique holiday shopping fest coming to the Convention Center
Shoppers seeking to get an early start on their search for unique holiday gifts will soon get their chance.
The annual Bay Area Nutcracker Market, which has become a holiday tradition for residents of the area, will take place the second weekend in November. The event is fairly large and will feature the works of over 100 artists. For those seeking apparel and accessories, there will be a variety of women and children’s clothing, handmade crafts, and jewelry to be purchased. For others, who may be more concerned with aesthetic appeal, there will be home décor, original artwork, and holiday décor for sale. There will also be vendors selling gourmet goodies and other unique gift items who might benefit from flyers that further promote their businesses.
There will a lot to see and do on these two days. Santa will be there along with one of his reindeer on the Saturday, from noon until 2:00 pm. There is also going to be Christmas performances by select guests, community performers, and local dance academies. The first 50 shoppers will receive free holiday gift bags filled with coupons, special offers, and giveaways.
The event will take place on Friday, November 11, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, November 12, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Pasadena Convention Center, located at 7902 Fairmont Parkway.
