Shrimp boil fundraiser returns to Pasadena
When it comes to breast cancer prevention, detection, and treatment, the entire community can play a role, and a Pasadena healthcare provider will benefit from an upcoming fundraiser.
The Rose provides breast healthcare to everyone, no matter their ability to pay, and the date for its annual Shrimp Boil Fundraiser has been set for this coming June. It will provide four hours of food, friends, and fun, and a goal has been set of raising at least $200,000 for the cause.
The afternoon and evening celebration will see seafood fans served a meal of shrimp along with an assortment of sides. Reservations for tables of various sizes are available starting at $400, and curbside pickup is on offer for those on the go. Music, dancing, and other fun are all on the agenda, and games are in the works as well.
Pasadena’s business community can get involved in this annual event by serving as an underwriter or sponsor. Corporate gifts in kind to use as raffle or draw prizes during this type of activity can be custom designed and crafted by an area printer.
Saturday, June 21 will see shrimp served hot from the pot to ticketholders for this fundraising celebration at the Pasadena Convention Center. The doors will open at 4:00 pm and individual tickets are $30 each
