Pasadena readies for Fill the Bus campaign
Pasadena is a community that cares about education, and this will be on full display this summer when the public shows support to a locally based initiative.
The annual Fill the Bus school supply drive will be rolling back into the city in late July, and everyone is encouraged to get involved by making a generous donation. The collection point will be set up at the Pasadena Convention Center, and a list of items that are in high demand has been prepared.
Those who are interested in participating can purchase their donation to drop off in person, and to make it even more convenient, an Amazon registry has been prepared for anyone who would prefer to shop online. Monetary contributions will also be very appreciated, and individuals, families and businesses are all invited to contribute.
“Stuff the Bus” and other activities that seek donations of gifts in kind may also be very successful at raising awareness of a cause.
