Pasadena project seeking community volunteers
Pasadena is a city that takes pride in being a great place to call home, and its residents can be counted on to lend a hand to help keep it that way. A community service project is on the horizon for the area, and the public has been asked to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
Volunteers are needed for the “Team Up to Clean Up’ project that will give locals an opportunity to do a good turn for their neighbors. It will benefit a large number of residents, and the activities will take place throughout the day.
The community groups, individuals, businesses and others who register their interest for the initiative will be providing yard cleanup and minor home repair services to disabled veterans, seniors and disadvantaged homeowners who cannot perform these upgrades themselves. The organizers are hoping that there will be a long list of volunteers registered for the day, and all help will be appreciated.
This sort of activity can bring a community together in a spirit of public service, and a printing services company will be able to help. It can prepare everything from registration sheets and T-shirts for the organizers, to promotional products that can be prepared to give to each person who offers to help out.
