Pasadena prepares for September record show
While music may have gone digital, a Pasadena event will cater to those who are embracing the vinyl revival.
The Vinyl Record Show of Houston will be bringing smooth sounds to the Pasadena Convention Center, and the 10-hour event will connect vendors with those hoping to add to their personal collection. At least 50 sellers will be on site, coming in from Texas and further afield.
Record fans will find more than 100 tables to browse through, and CDs, 45s , posters, T-shirts, and other collectibles will also be in the mix. Those looking for cassettes may find plenty to catch their interest, and both common and rare vinyl titles will be available. General admission tickets are $8 each, and anyone who has records they would like to sell can bring up to five albums. They will only be permitted to solicit them to the vendors and not the other ticketholders.
