Pasadena plans pop-up springtime market
A foundation with a mandate of preventing injuries from fire recently announced that it will be hosting a Pasadena pop-up market, and it will give those on the hunt for a Mother’s Day gift lots to choose from.
The David A. Ortiz Foundation has scheduled its annual Spring Fling and Mother's Day Market, and it will be a celebration all ages can enjoy. Pedego Galveston has lent its support to the occasion by donating an electric bike that will be used as a raffle prize, and this is just the start of what will be on offer.
Along with the raffle, the function will be filled with an assortment of local small businesses and other vendors. The kids can head to the area set up just for them, and here, they can have their faces painted and try other games. Food trucks will be parked on site, and live music is also on the agenda.
Admission to the festivities is $2 each, but this will be waived if a donation of a pair of gently used shoes is made. Banner printing services for a special community occasion can be sourced from a local printer.
