Pasadena festival to offer vintage video gaming fun
Those who love vintage video games may want to save the date for a Pasadena festival that will hark back to the early days of console gaming.
For two days this summer, the Pasadena Convention Center will serve as the venue for Retropalooza Houston. Set us for area families, admission is free for kids who are 12 and under, and an assortment of special guests will be in attendance.
Guests at the function will be treated to their fill of tournaments, presentations, panels, and other fun, and vendor tables will offer a chance to add to their own personal collection of titles and gaming gear. Local artists will also be booking space, and it is anticipated that game developers will be in attendance as well.
The organizers of the function are offering space for vendors and others to book a table, and these will be assigned on the basis of first come, first served. Each includes the use of a table and chairs, and electricity may be available for an additional fee. Those who choose to reserve a spot in this type of function often opt to use decor and other products made by area printing services companies.
Retropalooza will be bringing vintage video gaming fun to Pasadena on July 24 and 25. Its website includes links to purchase tickets, book a table or simply find out more.
