A health and wellness experience is being planned near North Richland Hills for next month, and area residents looking for a rejuvenating experience are encouraged to register.
The New Moon in Leo Yoga and Soundbath experience, organized by Embodii Crystals, is preparing to open registration to interested parties who want to invest in their health through an instructor-led course. The session will guide participants through a guided meditation, breathwork, and a healing sound bath, helping each person make the most of their intentions.
The instructor will use the light yoga session to get the body warmed up before diving into the deep breathing activities and a guided meditation segment to align the spirit and provide a grounding experience. Brochure printing can provide interested parties with more information about what to expect and the benefits of exercises and meditation at such events.
The session will conclude with a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls that create relaxing soundwaves. Interested parties are asked to dress in comfortable athletic clothing to enhance the range of motion and ensure a comfortable experience. A yoga mat and a bottle of water are also encouraged.
Embodii Crystals in neighboring Richland Hills will host the healing session, which is scheduled for Friday, July 25 from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets start at $30.87 per student online.
