The 39th Annual Young Texas Artists Music Competition will hold its 2024 Bach, Beethoven & Barbeque Fundraising Gala Benefit Dinner, Concert and After Party in early March.
From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in front of the Crighton Theatre in the Grand Pavilion, the party will begin with a reception followed by a BBQ dinner, a live auction, and music.
After dinner, the gala will continue in the Crighton Theatre at 7:30 pm with the 2024 YTA finalists’ concert and awards ceremony, where cash awards will amount to over $40,000. Conroe guests may vote for the Audience Choice Award.
The after party will take place back at the Grand Pavilion from 9:45 pm to 11:30 pm, with dancing, desserts, Texas music, an open bar, and a champagne toast to honor the finalists.
Single tickets for the evening will be $150, and gala supporters will be invited to a private reception and the competition preliminaries on March 7 and 8. Sponsor levels are available at $500, $1,000, $3,000, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, and $20,000.
The $20,000 Presenter Sponsor will need to get their banner printing with the corporate sponsor Logo Design done in time to have the Banners placed in the pavilion and theater. Other amenities will include a full-page ad in the program and recognition on the event website, donor roster, newsletter, social media, and media releases.
The fundraiser will take place Saturday, March 9.
