Book lovers welcome to Conroe convention
The 2nd Annual “Muses of Romance Texas Author Con” is coming back to Conroe in early 2026. Book lovers can meet over 30 romance authors, narrators, and vendors from across the United States.
Guests will get to play games with the host of the Sex and Horror podcast. They can also enter to win bookish swag from one of the raffles in the event. Autograph signings will be happening throughout the event, with guests encouraged to come celebrate storytelling and community.
The event is a celebration of romance literature and offers an excellent opportunity for attendees to meet and interact with fellow fans and authors. The organizers are currently allowing guests to reserve their spots to help with planning. Parking will also be available at the event, but guests can also get to the venue via public transportation.
It is a free event, with organizers urging attendees to arrive early for the five-hour event. However, guests under the age of 18 should come accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. At such events, they can use business card printing to help authors and vendors easily network and share contact information with attendees.
The event will be on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Timberline Crossing (109 Metcalf Street) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with both seasoned romance readers and writers expected to attend.
