Over 15,000 people are expected to turn out to enjoy a fun-filled day at Conroe KidzFest coming in late April.
From 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, Downtown Conroe will be turned into a free family-oriented gala that will include live entertainment and kid activities on three stages, entertainers meandering through the crowds, train rides, face painting, and inflatables. There will also be water activities in the splash zone, along with game booths.
Food will be available from vendors for a small fee. Frequently, local businesses put advertising such as a Logo Design on vendor paper products such as food wrappers, plates and straw wrappers.
Activity Villages will contain fun booths manned by local charities, nonprofits, agencies and businesses that will have games and interactivities, with prizes up for grabs. Many will be doing a little brochure printing beforehand so they can pass out information regarding their goods, services, programs, and missions.
Retail booths will also be on hand. These will be local businesses wishing to sell, schedule appointments, or otherwise bring in business. These too will offer interactive games and activities.
Many volunteers are needed to make this event a success, and those who register early will receive special event T-Shirts sporting the event’s Logo Design. Volunteer must be 14 years of age or older.
Conroe KidzFest will be Saturday, April 25.
