Hot Air Balloon Management will be bringing its Balloon Glow and Laser Show to Conroe for two days in mid-July.
The event will offer games, train rides, bounce houses in a Kids' Zone, live music, and craft vendors. Guests will get the opportunity to experience tethered balloon rides for $35 as long as the weather cooperates and supplies last. Around 9:00 pm, the Grand Finale will have all the balloons light up after the crowd gives a countdown. At that time, the glow will incorporate music, coordinated hot air balloon burns, and lasers.

Everyone is encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, and beach umbrellas, and to arrive early to find the perfect viewing spot.
Individual adult tickets are $20 for each night, and children's tickets for kids from the ages of 6 to 17 are $10 per night. Fast ride passes are $75 and gives the bearer the right to skip the line for the tethered hot air balloon rides. VIP tickets are $45 per night and include cider champagne and admission to a special viewing area.
Although general parking will be free, VIP parking at the entrance gate will be $45 per night.
Conroe's Balloon Glow and Laser Show will take place July 19 and 20 at Lonestar Convention Center and Fairgrounds, 9333 Airport Road. The event will open at 5:00 pm each day.
