The 6th Annual Crawfish Critic Cajun & Crawfish Cook-off & Festival will be coming to Conroe in mid-May. The two-day event will have plenty of crawfish for Crawfish Lovers, and music for music fans.
The weekend will kick off on Friday night with a free night of live music, food trucks, vendors and entertainment by Stalekracker for Saturday ticket holders.
Saturday beginning at noon the crawfish extravaganza will have crawfish Cajun cook teams serving up crawfish, along with live music and family-friendly activities. This will be the official SCCA Texas State Championship so the competition will be fierce. A Kids' Zone will feature creative activities and games for the youngsters and vendors will be selling their goods and services.
Food festivals like this often have local Print shops put the event's logo or graphic designs on paper items such as plates and napkins.
General admission will be $40 and will include both days, and unlimited crawfish, jambalaya and crawfish. VIP tickets will be $100 and will include all the amenities of the general admission tickets plus admission to the VIP area, restroom and bar, Friday night meet and greet with Stalekracker, and VIP admission to the Cajun Comedy Cook show. VIP private tables for four will be $550 and include all the amenities of individual VIP tickets. VIP private tables for 6 guests will cost $750.
The 6th Annual Crawfish Critic Cookoff will take place Saturday, May 17th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, 9333 Airport Road.
