The Houston Texas Terrain Race Mud Run 2020 will take place here in Conroe in a few weeks.
The event will revolve around a 5K format, featuring three miles of more than 15 mud-based activities, including monkey bars, ropes, and walls. Some obstacles may include Cargo Nets, Mud Crawls and Tubes, Multi-Grig Rig, and a Carry. Obstacles are made to fit into the inimitable terrain of each event venue so this race will be a little different to all the other mud runs.
The start will be in waves, with the first one beginning at 7:30 am with open waves every 15 minutes until 1:00 pm.
Spectators are invited to watch their favorite runners cross the finish line for free. Sometimes spectators like to get some banner printing done so they can bring Banners to add to the celebratory finish. Spectators can buy food, play games, and enjoy the comradery of other onlookers.
Race finishers will receive finisher T-Shirts sporting the event’s graphic design and finisher medals. Race sponsors will also be at the finish line festival, many distributing free Promotional Products.
A half-mile scaled-down Mini Monkey course will be set up for kids from the ages of two to ten. Kids who complete the course will also get finisher medals.
Houston Texas Terrain Race Mud Run 2020 will be March 21 at Three Palms Action Sports Park, 15100 I-45 South.
