The holiday season is coming quickly, and that means so is the annual Lake Conroe Christmas Parade.
The event will be full of decorated boats, fireworks, music, and lights as Lake Conroe boat owners display their creativity by decorating their vessels with light displays.
A panel of judges will decide which craft will take home the coveted Lake Conroe’s Best Christmas Decorated Boat 2023 title, prize, and bragging rights.
Personal boat registration is $45, and business boat registration is $150. Those businesses and organizations purchasing the business boat registration will be allowed to bring Promotional Products or souvenirs to be distributed at the mandatory Captain’s meeting. This will be a complimentary breakfast for sponsors and captains, offered on the morning of the race.
Boats must exhibit Christmas lights and have all decorations secured. Nothing can be hung from the sides, and boats may not throw confetti or trash. Live music, speakers, and noise accessories are encouraged.
Sponsors will get their Logo Design displayed on the event’s webpage. The event will have light up T-Shirts sporting a neon-colored graphic design, which will be available at all official viewing locations.
All profits will go to the Love Heals Youth Organization and to the local Suicide Prevention Campaign.
