Power Stroke Enginuities will present the 2023 Lone Star Throwdown, touted as the “World’ Best Truck Show,” for two days in late February.
Hosts for the event will be Allout Offroad Performance, Phat Phabz Manufacturing, American Force, Renegade Products, Kicker Performance Audio, Airlift Performance, and Alamo Customs. The event is limited to 2,000 vehicles.
Registration is online only and will be closed once the limit has been reached. The $80 registration fee will also include two wristbands good for both days. Spectator wristbands cost $20 and are good for the weekend.
Over 80 vendors will be at the event displaying and selling everything vehicle-related such as trucks, brakes, fabrication, chrome plating, garage clothing, exhaust systems, and chassis repair.
Awards will go the top 100 entries and to Best of each category. There will be plenty of cash giveaways, too.
Show vehicle check-in will be Thursday from noon to 8:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 8:00 am to noon. Spectator hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Show enthusiasts may purchase current and past event shirts sporting each year’s graphic design online. They range from $20 to $30.
Lone Star Throwdown 2023 will be at Conroe’s Lone Star Expo Center, 9255 Airport Road, Montgomery County Fairgrounds, from Friday, February 24 through Sunday, February 26.
