Runners and walkers here in Conroe will be donning their gear and white T-Shirts and heading to Bubble Run Houston coming toward the end of April.
Different colored foam bogs situated along the course will have runners covered in 100% safe frothy colored bubbles by the time they get to the finish line.
Heats, the times for which are signed up for at registration, will run every three to five minutes and each heat will release waves every 60 to 90 seconds.
The run will have a Bubble Run store with merchandise such as T-Shirts and tutus. Larger running events like this often have their merchandise printed at local Print shops.
Runners may register for free and get racing bibs and finisher medals, or they may opt to get standard registration for $19.95, which will include T-Shirts, temporary tattoos, and admission to the Post Race Bubble Dance Party. VIP registration for $29.95 will include all the amenities of the regular registration plus VIP check-in, sunglasses, silicone wristbands, and Bubble Run headbands.
There will be a $5 handling fee on race day for those race packets not picked up the night before.
Bubble Run Houston will take place Saturday, April 26, at Three Palms Action Sports Park, 15100 Interstate 45 South here in Conroe. Check-in and registration will be 7:00 am with the race starting at 8:00 am.
