Conroe bank says thanks to the community

Westbound Bank is giving back to its new community in Conroe in the form of charitable donations as a thank you to the residents of Montgomery County.

Although the new branch, which broke ground in July, has not opened yet, the bank already wants to support neighboring businesses and charities. To show its support, Westbound Bank has purchased gas gift cards from Kroger to donate to local charity organizations.

The gift card purchase totals $5,000 and will be donated in increments to charities supporting Montgomery County. The cards can be used to purchase gas, groceries and various other items offered at Kroger’s stores.

Westbound Bank President Troy England wants the community to know that not only does the bank plan to support its patrons by providing loans to businesses in the area, it also wants to continue to be active in community support and charities as a thank you for the residents for welcoming them into their new location.

Once opened, the bank will provide a variety of financial services to local businesses and individuals. The branch intends to open later this year, but it does currently have a temporary Loan Production Office location in Conroe.

It is likely the grand opening for Westbound Bank will provide Promotional Products to offer those who choose to use its services a thank you for their support. The bank’s website contains additional information.
