Murfreesboro residents can get themselves in a pickle when they see several thousand of them at a popular food festival next month.
Center Hill Events is the organizer of the 2025 Middle Tennessee Pickle Festival, which is returning to Murfreesboro in late August. There is something for every family member at the festival, including contests for pickle eating, pickle throwing, and even pickle juice drinking. Over 150 vendors will be present with jewelry, clothing, handmade soaps, and other items. There are also activities for kids, including a free petting zoo and a free kids’ play zone. Over 15 food trucks and snack vendors are expected to attend, no doubt using poster printing to display item offerings.
Furry family members are allowed as well, as this event is pet friendly. There is no admission charge to enter the grounds, although there is a $10 parking fee. Festivalgoers are encouraged to carpool, as attendance is expected to be heavy. Attendees should note that only those 21 years and older may enter the taproom, which excludes pets as well. Vendors wishing to apply for space can do so via the Center Hill Events website.
The Middle Tennessee Pickle Festival will be held on Saturday, August 30 on the grounds of Hop Springs, an 83-acre entertainment venue located at 6790 John Bragg Highway in Murfreesboro. The hours for the event are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
