Sales Fix Live 2026, A professional development conference focused on automotive service advisors, will take place in Murfreesboro this spring. This two-day program is being organized by Shop Fix Academy.
Sales Fix Live 2026 will bring together trainers and industry specialists to discuss customer communication, sales strategies, and workplace collaboration. Organizers say the sessions are structured to help advisors strengthen relationships with technicians, improve customer retention, and increase revenue through effective service recommendations.
The conference theme is “The Hero Advisor” and will allow participants to take part in presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. Role-playing scenarios and call analysis are planned to demonstrate how service staff can address customer concerns, explain repair needs, and handle objections.
Attendees will also examine the full service process, from preparing for customer conversations to identifying opportunities for additional work. Lunch will be included during the program, while travel and hotel arrangements must be handled individually by attendees.
General admission is priced at $250, which includes a $17.16 service fee and applicable taxes. Individuals currently enrolled in the Sales Fix training program may attend at no additional cost through a special registration link. Refunds are available one week in advance.
Industry conferences like this frequently promote participation through poster printing and other marketing outreach.
The conference will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 7 and May 8, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE Murfreesboro, 1200 Conference Center Blvd, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
