Myrtle Beach women will be able to lend their support to those fighting breast cancer, thanks to an activity on offer at one of its businesses.
Wacoal’s Fit for the Cure® will be an in-person activity that gives women a chance to receive a professional bra fitting while providing a financial boost to the fundraiser's charity of choice. The proceeds will be donated to programs administered by Susan G. Komen®, which supports research, patient care, and education.
The fittings will be carried out by an expert, and there is no fee being charged. For each customer who drops by for a fit and decides to purchase a regular price B.tempt’d or Wacoal bra, a donation of $5 will be made to the cause.
Everyone is encouraged to make it into a girls’ day out and bring their friends, daughters, mothers, or other ladies in their lives. Appointments will be appreciated, but walk-ins will also be welcome.
One aspect of running a successful fundraiser may be choosing effective marketing materials that fit in well with the overall campaign. A poster printing company will be able to provide a range of choices, as well as other assistance.
Belk will be opening October with its Fit for a Cure® event on Friday, October 2, starting at 10:00 am. It is located at 1400 Coastal Grand Circle in Myrtle Beach.
