Trio of trucking events to visit Greenville
A popular sporting competition is headed into Greenville for a trio of showings in early January.
Monster Jam is an event with several divisions, each featuring huge monster trucks performing incredible stunts and racing each other for victory. For some of the events, the audience will take part in the judging, making the show an interactive experience. The events include a race, a donut contest, a skill showcase, and a freestyle contest.
The trucks include iconic names like Grave Digger, Megalodon, El Toro Loco, ThunderROARus, and Just Get-Er-Done. Attendees can see the vehicles up close and learn about what goes into constructing a monster truck at a Pit Party. The party also includes the chance to meet crews and drivers, participate in activities, and take pictures. Tickets to this portion require the guests to also have a ticket for the main show. Passes are $20.
Also available is a $40 post-show meet & greet. Here, attendees can hear driver stories, as well as get autographs. Provided with tickets is a flag which is 3’x5’ in size. A pass for the main show is also required here.
Along with these, show tickets ranging from $20 to $75 are available on Ticketmaster. Touring exhibitions like this often sell merchandise with the brand’s logo design printed onto it. More schedule details are on the Monster Jam website. The Greenville shows are on January 4th and January 5th at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Start times on the 4th are 1:00pm and 7:00pm. On the 5th, the show starts at 1:00pm.
