An event that will celebrate the talents of South Carolina quilters is set to take place for the first time, and has been scheduled for the Greenville Convention Center.
The inaugural Quiltfest is not far away, and its organizers are keeping their fingers crossed that it will be a go for this spring, having previously been postponed due to Covid. It will offer a variety of chances to learn, view handmade textiles, and have fun, and everyone is welcome.
During the festival, quilters will be able to sit in on a workshop, stock up on supplies in the vendor area, and meet others who share their love of the craft. New quilters and those who are curious will find lots to explore, and everyone can enjoy the competition and quilts that will be on display. Demonstrations of some of the latest techniques are on the agenda, and additional activities may be added to the schedule as the date for the function approaches.
Expos offer a way for vendors to form and build connections with a new customer base. Many companies choose to use the services of a business card printing company to ensure they are prepared for the occasion.
The first ever Quiltfest will be springing into the Greenville Convention Center on April 28, and will run until May 1.
