A fundraiser set to be held at a Greenville golf club will make it easier for everyone to join in the fun of the sport.
Adaptive golf offers a way for those with physical and cognitive challenges to get involved in the sport, and Upstate Carolina Adaptive Golf (UCAG), which is a 501(c)(3) registered charity, has organized a fundraiser to help meet its expenses. The monies will also be used to purchase adapted equipment for the players, and veterans are on the list of people it supports.
The group’s Night Golf tournament will be held at Carolina Golf Club at Botany Woods, and along with the golf, the players will be treated to dinner and a silent auction. The attendees can bid on the experiences and corporate gifts that have been donated by the area's business community. There will also be a Happy Hour and a variety of contests, and after dinner, everyone can take to the course for some golf after the sun goes down.
Choosing an activity that will garner a lot of attention may be one of the roles of a charity event planner. A printing services company can take care of the printing side of the equation.
