A late September event is helping area residents prepare for an important milestone.
The Fall Wedding Festival is an expo focused on the day many see as one of the most exciting and important days of their lives, if also one of the most stressful. The event aims to simplify this process for those who need help with the next step, as well as giving any intimidated brides and grooms a place to start from.
A number of businesses will be present in the exhibition area, allowing brides to see multiple options more easily. Among the covered items and services are dance lessons, DJs, honeymoon and bachelorette trip planners, wedding planners, cake bakers, caterers, makeup artists, dress shops, bartenders, tailors, and photographers.
Guests can also take part in giveaways, play fun games, attend panels from wedding experts, and watch a fashion show.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite and the Wedding Festivals website prior to the event date, as well as at the door. The online price is $10, with the door fee being $15. For $45, brides get access to a number of perks, including but not limited to tickets for themselves and four friends, free wedding bands, and a bag with a bridal-themed graphic design. The expo will be at Greenville Convention Center on Tuesday, September 24th, between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
