Greenville event highlights local brands and talents

A mid-October event is giving musicians, businesses, and restaurants a platform in front of the local community.

Hosted by Pepsi, Bank of America Fall for Greenville is a community-centered festival experience where people of all ages are encouraged to socialize and explore the items and activities offered by fellow area residents.

There will be a market with crafted items, a variety of food from over 50 restaurants, a place for kids to enjoy rides and activities sponsored by T-Mobile, cooking demos, live music and entertainment, beverage tastings, and food-related contests.

Attending the festival is free and open to all. Anyone drinking alcohol at the event needs to buy a wristband for $1 after showing staff a valid identification. A $1 fee also applies to each ride ticket in the kids’ zone, with the option to buy up to five at a time.

The venue for the event is Greenville’s Main Street. Guests can enjoy the festivities over the course of three days. A common promotion technique for festivals like this is flyer printing.

The times and dates to add to the diary are 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm on October 10, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on October 11, and 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm on October 12. A concert will kick off the celebrations on October 9, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
