Call for expansion in Greenville

The Greenville Call Center of Charter Communication will be seeing to addition of more than 100 inbound sales and support positions in the upcoming months, as there has been an increase in demand for the products which the company produces.

These new recruits will be looking to business card printing once they are hired so as to be able to promote the company’s business.

According to vice president of customer care for the call center, Boomer Stockton, the goal is to recruit and retain team members who are talented, self-motivated, have a passion for sales and a positive attitude in a fast-moving environment. Employees are relied upon to make the customer experience better by matching the customer’s needs with the right Charter services.

Other requirements of the position include a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience with sales, customer service, or in a call center. Prior to employment, there will be a verification of education and Checks into applicants’ background and other testing.

The Asheville, North Carolina office of Charter will also see the addition of 20 broadband installers and technicians as part of the expansion.
