Quakertown residents with an affinity for whiskey will want to make a note in their Journals, as a sampling event is coming to a local taproom.
The Old Forester Whiskey Tasting will kick off in a few weeks. It will provide a fun evening for Quakertown residents to socialize, discover new whiskey options, and make new friends. The in-person event will open its doors to all interested parties 21 and over, with samples from whiskey kegs dating back over 100 years.
The samples will include Old Forester 86 Proof whiskey as the show's star. Other options will consist of the 1870, 1897, 1910, 1920, and 1924 Single Barrel varieties of whiskey. Guests can meet with brand representatives to ask questions, learn more about the ingredients, and dive into the distilling process. Promotional Products are an excellent way for brand reps to create connections and impressions with attendees at such tasting events.
Ticket holders will be entered into a raffle to win door prizes by attending, and all guests will receive a gift bag with goodies in it. Food and bourbon will be available throughout the gathering, and designated drivers are encouraged.
The Spinnerstown Hotel Restaurant and Taproom in Quakertown will host the whiskey sampling on Wednesday, April 9th, from 6:30 PM until 9:30 PM. Tasting tickets are available for $195 per guest online.
