Quakertown residents who want to show off their cornhole skills will have a competitive tournament to look forward to in town this summer.
The Y Yards Flatbread Pizza Cornhole Tournament has opened online registration to individuals and teams who want to sign up for the chance to win bragging rights and a cash prize. The tournament, which will be held at the Trolley Barn Public Market, will feature four rounds of rounders, a guaranteed six games, and double elimination, ensuring that each team gets plenty of opportunity to play.
The competition is being organized with assistance from the cornhole specialists from Mann Bags to give players the best conditions, bags, and boards to play with. Promoters can use a mix of poster printing and banner printing to spread awareness of competitions like this, providing enhanced visibility and an opportunity for the audience to feel a closer bond with the brands.
Teams can pre-register online or register on the day of the competition, though spots are limited to 20 teams and are expected to fill quickly. Teams are asked to arrive at 9:30 AM to sign in ahead of the official starting time.
The competition will be held at 116 East Broad Street in Quakertown on Saturday, August 1 with the bags starting to fly at 10:30 AM. Registration is $60 per team.
