Color Run helps Quakertown students raise funds

Quakertown students are in the process of organizing a local fundraiser for this April, and area residents can support their cause by registering and running with them.

The Richland Color Run has announced an official date on the calendar, providing plenty of time for interested parties to add it to the calendar and reserve their spots. Organizers believe that it will be one of the more anticipated events of the spring, with students doing their part to add color and fun to the distance run.

The fundraiser will have plenty of fun things to look forward to after participants complete the color run. Organizers have ensured that there will be several raffle baskets that attendees can purchase tickets to try and win. A face painting station will also be set up, providing a fun way for local children to join the spirit of the running event.

Friends can also capture memories from the experience at the run’s photo booth. Print shops can provide quality Copies of the top photos guests capture in photo booths at such events. Attendees will have several food options to choose from, including Rita’s, Yum Yum Donuts, and Dominick’s Pizza.

The run will be held at Richland Elementary School in Quakertown, and it’s scheduled for Friday, April 10th, starting at 5:00 PM. Runners can register online for $25 per person.
