Thailand-style food is well known for being both colorful and flavorful, and a workshop that will teach members of the public how to prepare an assortment Thai dishes is coming up in Philadelphia.
Let’s Cultivate Food has planned a cooking party that will equip those who participate with knowledge and skills they can use to create chicken satays and an accompanying peanut dipping sauce, papaya salad, and Pad Thai. The ingredients used will be typical of this style of cooking, and the students will have an opportunity to eat what they make.
Along with the main course, a dessert of crème brule cheesecake will be served, and wine, an assortment of fruit-infused water, and sweet Thai tea will also be available. The two-hour long class is open to all ages, and there will be giveaways throughout the evening.
The organizers noted that they are promoting the workshop through a variety of channels, and they expect it to fill up quickly. Brochure printers can create pamphlets and other items that can be distributed throughout the local area to let people know when an event like this will be taking place.
This introduction to Thai cooking has been planned for February 15, and it will be held at 4658 Umbria Street. The ticket price for the occasion has been set at $99 per person.
