Philadelphia fort to explore paranormal side

Whether they are serious ghost hunters or just want to enjoy a night of spooky fun, a Philadelphia event will celebrate the creepy side of the city’s history.

Fort Mifflin will be the venue for a series of scheduled ghost walks, and these one-hour tours will take place once the sun goes down. As there will be uneven surfaces, those who attend are advised to wear appropriate footwear, and the excursion will take place even if it's raining.

During this tour, which will take place by candlelight, the guests will learn about the history of the fort and its residents, including those who have chosen to remain in this world once they've left “the mortal plane”. The registrants are welcome to take part in an assortment of activities while they wait for everyone to arrive, and all ages are welcome.

This sort of function combines learning about a community’s history with a dash of spookiness, which can make learning a whole lot of fun. A poster printing company will be able to help create a buzz about such an activity by creating promotional publications and other materials.

Fort Mifflin on the Delaware will be offering its Candlelight Ghost Tours on seven dates throughout the month of October. They are each scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm, and tickets to participate start at $20.00 for adults and $15.00 for students age 12 and under.
