Families with a child on the autism spectrum, autistic adults, and other stakeholders are invited to be part of a day that will help to connect them with local resources, and it will be hosted at the Peacock Pavilion at the Philadelphia Zoo.
The zoo will serve as the location for this year’ Autism Acceptance Day, and it is open to all members of the public. It tends to draw visitors from a wide area, and the organizers noted that there may still be spots available for organizations and companies interested in joining in the activity.
Along with vendor and information tables, the event will feature live entertainment such as music and juggling, and there will be sensory-friendly activity stations, crafting tables, giveaways of free Promotional Products, and special guests. Tickets to attend the function include admission to the zoo.
In an effort to make the day as useful as possible to the attendees, the organizers are accepting applications to sponsor the event. These are on offer at a variety of price levels, and they each come with special perks to thank the companies and organizations for their support.
The 2021 Autism Acceptance Day at Philadelphia Zoo will take place on July 11. The final date to submit Leader, Inclusion and Ambassador level sponsorship applications is June 20, while the Awareness and Acceptance level supporters will be welcomed until June 30.
