May is the month for awards galas in Philadelphia

There are two business awards events happening in Philadelphia next month that will honor those who have made a positive contribution to the city.

The first event will be the 23rd annual Enterprise Awards, which is presented by the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology. It will feature a cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, and a dessert reception. Among the awards to be handed out are Healthcare Innovator, Life Sciences CEO, and Technology Company. Tickets are $395 each or $100 for entrepreneurs.

Two weeks later, the 31st Arts and Business Council Awards Celebration will take place. There is set to be a reception, awards program, and dessert reception. Awards include Individual Leadership Award, History Making Productions, and several volunteer awards. Admission is $150, $130 for young friends, and $125 for volunteers.

Both of these events will likely attract a lot of Philadelphia business leaders. No doubt there will be an increase in business card printing orders in advance of either event.
