Hunt is on for Philadelphias best pierogi

Traditional pierogis are made from wrapping mashed potatoes in a covering that resembles pasta. In recent years, there have been many variations of the dish, and a Philadelphia event will showcase some of the city’s best.

Campbell’s Square will be the location of this year’s Pirogi Fest, and it will feature area chefs who will be creating their own versions of this savory dish. Along with this, there will be a vendor alley and activities for the kids, and there is no charge to register for the event.

The event has attracted at least 150 vendors, and there are still spaces available for any business or group that would like to get involved. Those interested have been asked to contact the planner through its Facebook page.

While they enjoy the different pierogis on offer, guests at the expo can mingle and watch the kids having fun in the area set aside just for them. Here, they will find bounce castles and other inflatables, and they can climb and play to their heart’s content.

At a festive occasion like this, banner printing companies can design them from scratch to suit a customer’s needs. If the event recurs each year, pop-up Banners that can be used over and over can be an ideal and budget friendly choice.

This year’s Pierogi Fest will be welcoming guests on May 4 starting at 12:00 pm. Campbell’s Square is located at 2535 East Allegheny Avenue.
