Lupus is a serious autoimmune disease that impacts a significant number of Americans, and a Philadelphia area golf tourney is set to raise both funds and awareness about it.
Lupus Links is right around the corner, and it will provide golfers with an excuse to enjoy an afternoon of relaxation out in the sun. Green Valley Country Club has been selected to serve as the venue, and all skill levels are welcome to grab their clubs and join in the fun.
The function will kick off with registration which will be followed by lunch so the golfers can meet and get to know one another before they play. They will then take to the course, and the use of a cart is included. On-course beverages and snacks will be supplied to the registrants, and once everyone has played through, they can gather for a cocktail reception, which will be followed by dinner.
One of the items added to the agenda for the occasion is a silent auction. These activities can offer a company an opportunity to get involved in a community fundraiser by supplying gifts in kind printed with its Logo Design, or otherwise sponsoring the occasion.
Lupus Links will be hitting the green at Green Valley Country Club on May 23. It will run from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.
